Requirements for this position are:
-4 year degree with at least 3 years marketing related experience and advanced MS Office skills.
Company will cross train.
-Will support the Office Manager and Sales Director.
-Will be the liaison to clients,vendors and external staff.
-Will assist in day to day operations.
-Will assist in Marketing Projects.
-Will be responsible for contacting clients (via phone and email) to build relationships, update information and assist with any questions.
-Maintain several databases and update Excel spreadsheets
Must enjoy working in a small Team Oriented office. Professional demeanor and great communication skills are a must to interact with professional clients (Human Resources and Management Personnel)
Must have great work references and a stable work history. Drug testing and background check required.

 Organized and generally available to meet assignment
     turnaround times (typically 7 days).
