Need Legal help to file motion for default (santa rosa)Need Legal help to file motion for default (santa rosa)

I am fighting a collection action in Sonoma County Superior Court. B of A sued me for non-payment of a 2nd mortgage/ equity line on a property that has been foreclosed by a different bank with a 1st mortgage. B of A filed the while I was traveling and B of A has already got a default entered by Sonoma County court. I need to file a motion to set aside the default. Then I need to answer and file a counterclaim because part of the reason I am not paying is B of A's fraud (detailed below).
In a separate issue, Bank of America has defrauded by removing money from my account for debts from corporations I worked for. The debts were not mine and the corporations have a different taxpayer ID than me so I understand that their action is illegal.
Please include your resume or experience and phone # Compensation: $75 per hour

I need to file the pleadings against a Public Entity in SoCal in pro se for a Conditional Use Permit issue among others. The claim has been denied by Gov't Code 913(b) so it is now time to file the pleadings which I have until February 15, 2011. I can bring forward the pleadings under Gov't Code 815.2.(a), 815.6 & 820.(a) and I believe the following common law causes of action: Negligent Interference of Business Relations Cal Civ 43. & 52,1, Negligence Cal Civ 1714.(a), Due Process Art I Sec 7.(a) & Cal Civ 52.1, Negligent or Innoncent Misrepresentation, Tort of Deceit Cal Civ 1709, Breach of Implied Covenant of Good Faith & Fair Dealings, Economic Duress & Tort of Intimidation Cal Civ 43. & 52.1, Undue Influence Cal Civ 1575., Constructive Fraud Cal Civ 1573., and Breach of Contract 1427. & 1529. The Public Employees duties are ministerial not discretionary, the claim was filed timely and I have over 1500 pages of factual allegations in writing on the City's letterhead or public records which I believe will overcome all demurrers and motions that may be filed. I need someone on my team that can insure I am bringing forward all pleadings properly and help with subsequent filings, procedures and objections. This case will be high profile with extensive newspaper coverage in the SoCal Inland Empire area, This is perfect for a retired lawyer, law student, paralegal or lawyer to do on the side. Please respond with your qualifications and phone number so we can discuss how to slay the dragon.
